Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a product is downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Exceptions:

We may offer replacements or refunds in the following situations:

• Duplicate purchase of the same product
• Technical issues preventing access to the file
• You received the wrong product due to a system error
